OSSA Explorer

If in doubt, or it doesn't seem to fit elsewhere - put it here.

OSSA Explorer

My new OSSA Explorer showed up today! First 2014 in the country.

Man, this thing is going to be a blast! Weighs nothing (163lbs)- everywhere you look there are cool features.

That is very nice and unique. Love to take a closer look. I've been wanting to get over to Tasky's to see the Sherco 290 X-Ride.
Not that I'm any kind of a trials rider, but have owned several Bultaco and Yamaha trials machines.

That thing is so cool! I could pick it up. Very high tech. Blake. 86 Moto Guzzi LeMans 1000. Broke down 198? Suzuki DS 80 and crusty 1981 Suzuki gay ass FA 50.

Nice bike Mark.... Check out Jay Lael's page on facebook... he's one of the top trials riders factory sponsored by ossa since he was a kid....thats where I learned to do trials.... I might try and talk him in to coming up and riding next summer....

Did a 53 mile ride Friday with it- worked great! (1.5 gallons)

Here is a sample

I checked out his page, one of the vids was from the dealer I bought the Explorer from.
They are the importers now (just starting this year, but since they have only made them again a few years...)

Another great 40 mile ride.
This bike is fantastic on the really nasty trails.
I didn't get any video of the hardest stuff (dang it!) but what fun!

Thanks to PA Power I have a plate!!!!

About 42 miles of single track Saturday .
I was with a good group of riders, no issue keeping up. Of course any difficult parts and I had a lot easier time of it (log hopping, roots etc) whoops took a bit more concentration.
No rain, perfect conditions. What a blast!!
