Interesting about speed records. I was wandering around a few years ago & stopped at Bonneville for the speed trials. I ended up being the crew for a fellow with a ‘49 Speed Twin. He set a record for vintage, pushrod, normal aspirated, twin at 99.6 mph. Very much a wait & hurry up experience...
